ACHIEVEMENTS
AIESEC International recognized IC 1989 as one of the best ever. The success of International Congress 1989, led by Mr. Ménard, helped drive AIESEC in Canada’s exchange results in the year of 1989, as Mr. Ménard was a great marketing tool for AIESEC.

Mr. Miville has supported AIESEC in Canada with alumni donations in the past. Though AIESEC in Canada does not have a formal alumni club, Mr. Ménard was helpful in keeping many alumni involved and in touch with AIESEC’s activities.

Miville Ménard played a key role in the bidding process and the selection of the first Congress Committee President for IC 2002.

In 1989 Mr. Ménard started his career with Cossette Communications. Cossette had been by that time McDonald’s Quebec supplier.

Mr. Ménard biggest career accomplishment was gaining McDonald’s account of the Canadian English-language business and oversaw all of Cossette work on the McDonald’s account.

He was a star employee at Cossette Communications who handled very important accounts for the marketing company. He was cherished by all his coworkers and his superiors and was known as a motivator and a go-getter.
