Advisory Group of AIESEC International (1995-1999)

The Chair of the International Strategy Group of AIESEC International (1999 - present)

The first international conference of Mr. Bell was in 1982, in UK and since then he actively takes part in the most of the important international meetings.

Due to Mr. Bell’s support and encouragement of the co-operation, PricewaterhouseCoopers became a partner of the International Congress in Spain (1994), two years later PricewaterhouseCoopers became a partner of International Congress in Poland (1996).

As a Global HR Director and partner of the firm, Mr. Bell built high-level support for AIESEC in PricewaterhouseCoopers at global level. Due to his active support to AIESEC, PricewaterhouseCoopers signed the first three years contract of partnership on the global level (1998)

The first AIESEC trainee Mr. Bell brought to PricewaterhouseCoopers (Amy Middelburg) became the first Global Co-ordinator of the partnership between PricewaterhouseCoopers and AIESEC.

Mr. Bell has supported and guided many AIESEC trainees in PricewaterhouseCoopers office in London since 1998.

Since the 50th anniversary International Congress, Mr. Bell has provided great support and guidance for the development of the global alumni network of AIESEC.

He has strongly supported the International Exchange Program on global level. Mr. Bell was involved in the activities of the UK based non-for-profit organization – Gap Activities Projects – that provides young people between 12 and 19 years old an international experience in one of the Eastern European or South American countries.

Was a teacher at a secondary school in Tanzania (1964-66) and later on set up education support fund to provide books for schoolchildren.
Mr. Bell chaired UK Community Affairs Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers (1995-2000).

Chaired the UK Association of Graduate Recruiters (1985-90).
