Internship management (Exchange):

Outgoing exchange

  • Finding the right people to go on exchange and match them with a suitable internship abroad.
  • reintegrate them after they come back

Incoming exchange

  • Find the right people for the internships in Swiss companies.
  • Reception (Airport pick up, housing, visa…etc.)and cultural integration.
  • Company servicing to ensure our partners’ satisfaction.
Talent Management (HR):

HR processes

  • Recruitment, induction, allocation, goal setting & orientation, performance appraisal, reward & recognition…etc.

Training & development

  • Design the content for the trainings & learning events.
  • Be the trainer in some cases.
  • Organize the events from the logistical side
External relations (Sales):

Market research

  • pinpoint the potential partners

Selling  

  • Contacting and meeting companies.
  • Build mutual benefit agreements between AIESEC & the companies.
  • Follow up with companies to ensure satisfaction.
Finance:
  • Budgeting

  • Financial management (internal audit, investment decisions, etc.)
AIESEC Career Days:
  • Getting companies to participate.
  • Promote it for students on campus to attend.

  Experience an internship abroad!

10.000 internship experiences worldwide. Those are available in many different countries, at the moment mostly in South East Asia, South America, Africa, India, China, Russia.

The majority of internships currently available are in the field of development and education.

Development Internships

  • Projects around cultural understanding, HIV/AIDS, or with underprivileged groups/children
  • Management and administration of NGOs (fund raising, PR, project management, etc.)

Education Internships

  • Teaching related to increase awareness about cultural differences, subject education, languages or world issues.

Extras to the Internship Program 

  • Food and accommodation are provided.
  • Minimum duration is 6 weeks.
  • Access to the database.
  • Preparation seminar before internship start.
  • Support for visa application process and logistics (like housing).
  • Arriving at your internship country you already find a social network welcoming you.
