A word from the current VPTM:The job as a Vice President Talent Management is very diverse and never boring. As the name already says, it is all about talent, meaning: it is all about the members. You are responsible for their development, therefor it is necessary to stay in touch with them and to find out what our members need and want to benefit most from their AIESEC experience. The recruitment period is an intense time, where you can develop planning and organizational skills. But seeing a group of new members that joined AIESEC because of your time and effort is extremely rewarding. All of these tasks are handled with the support of the whole LC, the VPTMs in other LCs and with the VPTM on the national level. You will get in contact with a lot of people and be able to learn from and about them. I can say that I've gained so much from the experience so far that I wouldn't miss a second of it. Albert Gubler
