A word from the former OCP Career Days:

The main challenge as OCP Career Days is to connect the national level and the local level of the AIESEC Career Days. On one hand you are leading a team of 4-5 people on a local level and on the other hand, you are working with five other Organizational Committee Presidents from each university, being managed by the ASCDA P on a national level. Consequently, you are the one who should know everything about the national strategy of the AIESEC Career Days in Switzerland and what is going to happen in your local Committee. You are responsible for the communication between these two levels. But you are also able to implement your own ideas on the local level by creating and planning the concept of the AIESEC Career Days Zurich. Furthermore you can influence the national strategy, particularly in terms of marketing and promotion. Being OCP Career Days is one most fascinating and interesting positions in AIESEC Zurich.
