Ein AIESEC-Praktikum bietet viel mehr als die bloße Vermittlung
einer Stelle im Ausland. Denn dich erwartet weitere Unterstützung von den AIESECern vor Ort -
Abholung am Flughafen, Wohnungsvermittlung, Integrationsmöglichkeiten in das Lokalkommitee vor Ort
etc. Durch dieses Komplett-Paket wollen wir unseren Praktikanten Erfahrungen in einer anderen
Kultur so intensiv wie möglich gestalten.
AIESEC in Tübingen ermöglicht vielen ausländischen Studenten, ihr
Praktikum bei Unternehmen im Raum Tübingen-Reutlingen zu absolvieren (Incoming Trainees).
"My adventure with AIESEC started at the beginning of the third year of my studies. I was
encouraged after a presentation during my lecture and I resolved to join organisation. There was
much fun and a bit of work doing AIESEC projects. Holidays were coming closer and I started to
think what can I do during this time. The plan was simple - an internship with AIESEC's help. After
some paper work, I had access to to the internship database and I could find some interesting
practical offers. The target was Germany. I sent an email to the local committee in Tuebingen, a
little, nice town near Stuttgart. The response was fast and after one week I was speaking with the
representative of the internship host company. Things went very well! I had a deal for a 3 months
internship in the IT Company. When I arrived to Tuebingen, the weather was cool and there was
waiting my friend from AIESEC - Johann, who helped me to do stuff with bank account, city map and
telephone card. Whole internship in Tubingen was very enjoyable, interesting and I had learned a
lot. Moreover, I visited many places in Germany, I met a lot of nice people and I had generally
much fun. I would like to thank Michaela, Johann and many more from AIESEC for helping me and
accompanying me during this intership."

"AIESEC enables students to experience being
integrated in another country while living and working there. During my seven-month stay in
Tübingen, I was able to work for a professional training company in a position that was related to
my studies. I applied what I had already learned in university, and also learned a great deal more
about business and economics. My co-workers made me feel welcome in my new position and the AIESEC
members attended to the logistical details of the exchange by picking me up from the airport,
helping me to find a place to stay, and answering the many questions that have to do with moving
from one country to another and back. They also became good friends and we spent countless hours
learning about one another’s cultures and experiencing life in Tuebingen together. Looking back on
my time overseas, I know that I have learned a great deal about myself, people, cultures, the
workplace, and the world in general that I would not have been able to learn
otherwise."

The experience provided me with more insight into German business culture than I could have
imagined. Possibly the most rewarding aspect of my 9 ½ month stay was the opportunity to meet
countless amazing individuals while gaining important insight into international business, and most
importantly, myself.
The AIESEC Tübingen members helped me at every turn, assisting me from when I arrived until I
left. I was invited to stay at their homes, travel, party, and hang out with them. My traineeship
bestowed upon me more responsibility and challenges than I thought possible and provided me
valuable experience which will help me to succeed in even the most difficult of life's challenges.

Servus, mein Name ist Pavel Ridky und ich stamme aus Tschechien. Ich habe über AIESEC in
Tübingen ein 2,5 monatiges Praktikum bei Robert BOSCH GmbH in Reutlingen gehabt. Ich hatte dort
eine wunderschöne Zeit mit netten und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereiten Menschen verbracht. Ich bin zur
best möglichen Zeit gekommen, als die Sonne den ganzen Tag scheinen sollte. Obwohl das Wetter
dieses Sommers nicht das beste war, habe ich auch mit anderen Praktikanten und AIESEC Members viel
Sport getrieben und auch an zahllosen Partys teilgenommen. Weil ich jetzt auch ERASMUS-Student in
München bin, kann ich die beiden Aufenthalte gut vergleichen. Wie Du sicher weißt, es geht immer
etwas schief (besonders wenn du das nicht erwartest), aber in Tübingen konnte ich sicher sein, dass
ich dort nicht alleine bin.
Ich hoffe, dass du auch die Möglichkeit bekommst, diese Leute
kennen zu lernen.
