Selection Process

The recruitment of AIESEC exchange participants passes through the following steps:

Step 1 – Filling Application Form

Applications are now closed. Selection in progress.
Maximum 3 days after the deadline (17th November) you will be informed personally about the results.

Step 2 – English Language Test & Group Exercise [21st November]

English is the official working language in AIESEC. You will take a test to determine your English language level.
The group exercise aims to see how you perform in team work.

Step 3 – Interview [22nd November]

The interview will help us know each other better. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions related to AIESEC.

Step 4 – Induction Seminar [28-29th November]

You will attend an Induction Seminar where you will learn more about AIESEC and you will have the opportunity to meet members of AIESEC.
