AIESEC in Croatia  was founded in 1953 as part of AIESEC Yugoslavia. The first 3 local committees from AIESEC Yugoslavia were Zagreb, Belgrade and Skopje. In 1992, AIESEC in Croatia separated from Yugoslavia and started to operate as a new entity. Currently, AIESEC in Croatia has five LCs (located in Osijek, Rijeka, Varaždin, Split, and Zagreb), offering over 60 leadership experiences for over 300 members. Anually, AIESEC in Croatia is organizing 3 national conferences and several local and functional conferences.

 

The purpose of this conferences is to provide education for our members on the following topics:

 

  • Leadership and management
  • Soft skills and hard skills      
  • Sales and project planning

 

The activities that we are mostly focused on are:

 

  • Provinding international experiences through projects and partnerships
  • Offering leadership opportunities for our members
  • Contributing to the social environment through educational projects
