The Summer Leadership Development Congress (SLDC) is one of AIESEC's largest conferences in Croatia. It brings together approximately 150 students from all Croatian universities. The entire conference program is conducted in English.

The conference this year conducts four programs in parallel:

Taking responsibility -This program provides a variety of opportunities to develop in AIESEC (work in eight different teams, organize projects, participate in an exchange, and many others), and workshops aimed at developing sales, marketing, teamwork, organizational skills, presentational and communication skills.

Leadership Track - gathering of previous and newly elected vice presidents of local committees, who in collaboration with the Croatian National Committee, plan the mandate of AIESEC 2010/2011 on a local committee level, discuss the development of local committees and opportunities for progress, propose ideas for new projects, revise the national plan for 2010 , and compare the contribution to the global AIESEC plan for 2010 (particularly in the exchange area and in the area of providing leadership positions in each country or local committee).

Outgoing preparation course - the main theme of this program is "preparing for internships." The participants are students who plan to begin internships in the near future. Internships are explored in more detail, preparing students for possible challenges during an internship (Visa, culture shock, prices, loss of documents ...), education on the presentation of Croatia in the world, internationalism. Previous interns contribute to the program motivating by their examples and responding to numerous questions.
