AIESEC is the world's largest youth-run organization. Active in 1700 universities across 107 countries and territories, we provide an international platform that enables young people to explore and develop their leadership potential for them to have a positive impact in society.

AIESEC uses an innovative approach to engage and develop today's youth globally. Through leadership experiences, international opportunities and a global learning environment, our members are able to build extensive international personal networks and to unleash their leadership potentials.

Through our extensive partnership network with businesses and institutes of higher education, AIESEC provides numerous opportunities for members to equip themselves to spread positive impact to society. After being established for more than 60 years, AIESEC continues its mission today, to develop students and recent graduates into globally minded responsible leaders.
